Custom Metal Fabrication

Cut right.
Welded right.

Custom fabrication is the part of this trade that cannot be ordered from a catalogue. Someone needs a bracket that does not exist, a frame sized to a gap nobody standardised, a stand for a machine that was discontinued, a rack that has to fit a specific truck bed. Late Night Fabrication builds those. The work starts from whatever you have — a dimensioned drawing, a phone photo with a tape measure in the frame, or the original part that finally gave up. From there it is material selection, cutting, fit-up, welding and finish. Material choice matters more than people expect: aluminum for light weight, steel where strength and cost win, stainless where it is going to live outside or get washed down. This shop welds all three, so the metal gets chosen to suit the job instead of being chosen because it is the only thing the shop can weld.

Tell us what you need made or fixed — a custom part, a cracked casting, a handrail, a gate, a frame, or a run of brackets that all have to match. A photo with a tape measure in it answers most questions in one go. Quotes are free, and if a job is not worth doing you will be told that too.
