Welding Repair

Cut right.
Welded right.

Most repair work arrives the same way: something cracked, and the replacement is either discontinued, back-ordered, or costs more than the machine is worth. A weld repair done properly is frequently stronger than the original, because the failure gets read first. Metal almost never breaks at random — it breaks where the design concentrated the stress, and a repair that just fills the crack will crack again in the same spot within months. The fix is to clean it back to sound metal, prepare the joint, weld it correctly for the alloy, and where it makes sense add the gusset or the doubler the part should have had originally. Bring the broken part to the shop at 96 Pecan Ln, or send a photo first if you are not sure it is worth saving — sometimes the honest answer is that it is not, and you should hear that before you pay for anything.

Tell us what you need made or fixed — a custom part, a cracked casting, a handrail, a gate, a frame, or a run of brackets that all have to match. A photo with a tape measure in it answers most questions in one go. Quotes are free, and if a job is not worth doing you will be told that too.
